At Hirayà, we aim to process and deliver your orders as efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our shipping process, timeframes, and important information regarding both on-hand and pre-order items. 

Shipping Method

• All orders are shipped via NZ Post.

• Shipping fees range from $7–$10, depending on your location and parcel size.

Processing & Shipping Schedule

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Orders placed outside these hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

On-Hand Items

• Orders containing on-hand items are usually processed quickly and shipped once payment is confirmed.

• Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days within New Zealand, depending on your location.

Pre-Order Items

• Pre-order items are not ready for immediate shipping.

• These items are sourced from overseas and typically take around 2 weeks to arrive from the Philippines.

• Once the stock arrives, your order will be prepared and shipped according to our standard processing times.

Combined Orders

• If your order includes both on-hand and pre-order items, the order will be shipped once all items are available, unless stated otherwise.

Delays

• While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

• Hirayà is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Incorrect Address

• Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.

• Hirayà is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Pick-Up Option

We also offer a free pick-up option for your convenience.

• Pick-up is available at Serjeant Street, Henderson

• Available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• You will be notified once your order is ready for pick-up

• On-hand items are usually ready sooner

• Pre-order items will only be available for pick-up once they have arrived and are ready
