Cancellation policy

On-hand items

These are products we have in stock and ready to ship. You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer allowed, and you will need to follow our Returns Policy for any returns or refunds.

Pre-order items

These are products that are currently out of stock or soon to be available. Payment is collected in full at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, except in cases where the item fails to arrive or there is a shipping problem preventing delivery.

Damaged or shipping issues (all items) If any item, whether on-hand or pre-order, arrives damaged or there is a shipping problem, you may request a full or partial refund according to our Returns Policy.

Your order confirmation emails contain details about your purchase, which may be required when requesting a refund. We recommend checking the estimated shipping times listed on the product page before placing your order.
